Portrait Branding sessions are scripted around 'you' and your business/interests. As a creative, you gather a photo bank of cohesive and on-brand photos for your website, emails, blog content, social media, LinkedIn, marketing materials, and online shop. Shot with natural light and creating portraits that are un-posed and natural, Amrita will work with you to bring your brand-power to life and help you spell your personality in a strong way through these images.

Delivery details

  • All the photographs will be shared on an online gallery (password-protected) and will be post processed (i.e edited and made to look better). Images will be shared as high resolution.

  • Delivery of pictures will take up 20 days post the shoot.

  • Unedited/Raw images will not be shared.

  • If for any reasons the shoot cannot happen due to any scenario, we are glad to help reschedule to a later date. Kindly note that our availability is subject to the current state of affairs and rules therein.

Approx. 1 to 2 hour shoot delivering 20 images at INR 45,000 + 18% GST
One Location to be chosen collaboratively or by client. Up to 2 Outfits.

Approx. 2 to 3 hour shoot delivering 30 images at INR 80,000 + 18% GST
One Location to be chosen collaboratively or by client. Up to 3 Outfits.

  1. I already have a brand running well, do I still need this?

    Your brand is more than just a logo. It is a VISUAL REPRESENTATION of you.
    So if you want to create or style a shoot that communicates your intent, attracts your dream audience and entice them to connect with you on your product or services, then this is a MUST-DO!

  2. How are these shoots executed?

    1. We will first make a list of your goals for the photoshoot. 2. Figure out where you want to use these images as that will help with the next step. 3 Create a mood board to share with your photographer or allow her to script the shoot. 4. We will put together a detailed shot list. 5. Gather props to depict/illustrate what you do professionally. 6. Decide outfits for the images. 7. Pick a location (with a lot of natural light!) 8. Let’s shoot and create magic!

  3. What do these shoots include?

    - A free consultation call to discuss you personal/professional objectives for the photoshoot. This will help define your personality and company’s identity, too.
    - Creation of a mood board & clear plan for your brand shoot.
    - Wardrobe advise.
    - Location scouting to find and use the ideal setting for your portraits.
    - 2 hours shoot including your dress changes.
    - High resolution soft copies of the images, based on the package you choose. You will be able to use all the images on your social media, website and PR campaigns.


  4. I’m not a Camera person and cannot pose. How do I still do this?

    You will have to trust your photographer to put you at ease and help you pose comfortably. These portraits are about bringing your true personality to the forefront and you will not have to pose for these images. In fact, think of these sessions as a familiar friend helping you create some magic for your brand and online presence. :)

PRIVACY PURCHASE

Our main intention to use our client images online, is to help market and showcase variety, capability and potential of our photography services. Our work being uploaded on social media platforms/website helps us in displaying our creativity which in return acts as a source of marketing to bring us future clients. Refraining from the act of display would hold us back from reaching potential clients  who may align with our style of work. 

However, if you wish to prevent us from using any of your images online which is our well-administered social media platforms and website, then we have the options below, you can choose to proceed with. We highly respect your decisions on this matter and will appreciate your queries, if any. 

1) A cooling period of 3 months from the date of the shoot until which the company will not be using your images online. This will not require any additional privacy purchase. The company will have permission to use these images online post the cooling period.

2) Opting for complete privacy by purchasing the same  at an additional cost of 30% on the original package pricing, as per industry standards. This is mainly to compensate for the inability to show our creativity created with your set of images. 

We will have you sign a Model consent form to mutually agree on the privacy policy you wish to have, and the same will be adhered to, strictly.
