THE ROLE REQUIRES ONE TO:
- Oversee the operations of the company from client servicing and sales perspective.
- Manage all client inquiries from various platforms, and bookings, focus on client servicing end to end (emails. Calls. WhatsApp groups )
- Maintain a strong relationship with all old clients and new ones.
- Maintain and deliver weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, etc
- Hand-hold clients from the start of booking until delivery of images with information and processes to keep them fully apprised.
- Maintain delivery dates with all clients ensuring there are no delays.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all roles involved are informed and delivered on time.
- Proactively make sales happen. Proactively reach out to old and new clients to convert interest to bookings.
- Patiently educate and help all clients on our processes and work.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of excel and other office tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Should be able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Will need to work from the office twice a week minimum, at our Indiranagar studio, Bangalore.

INTERNSHIPS (MINIMUM : 6 MONTHS)
Ideal for college students and, anyone who is passionate and are interested in newborn and maternity photography.
Tasks involve:
Pre-Production Duties: Preparing equipment, set & lighting
Production Duties: Assisting the shoot and perform other shoot related tasks
Production Assistant
Provide Client hospitality
Oral and written communication with the clients and vendors
Graphic Designing – Creating EDM’s as required
Consistently learn new skills and techniques to grow personally and professionally
Job details:
Working days: 6 days a week
Should be familiar with photography techniques
Good inter-personal skills

MARKETING/SALES EXECUTIVE(FULL-TIME)
A passionate individual interested in sales and marketing
Tasks involve:
Creating marketing collateral for Social media/website
Curate platforms to showcase the brand
Copy writing, Drawing photographs, Making illustrations, layouts, an effective ad message, etc.
This role is the principal point of contact between our business and its customers. Ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.
Prepare weekly sales reports.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.

Production ASSISTANT (Full time)
A passionate individual interested in bringing pre-visualization requirements to live.
Tasks involve:
Will have to coordinate and plan the logistics, set ups, props, backdrops, and all other elements required for every shoot with diverse group of internal cross functional team and vendors. Commercial and non-commercial. In other words, handle the A to Z of setting up to wrapping up a shoot.
Ensure cleanliness of the studio, ensuring all props are cleared and the studio is ready for the next shoot
Must be ready to provide assistance during shoot
Manage accounts, payments and invoices and co- ordinate with the Client Servicing manager
Hand-hold and Coordinate all production related information from start to finish. He/She will be a part of every clients chats and will foresee needs and requirements and scout/set up accordingly.
He/she should be open to travel for outstation shoots along with Amrita or remotely arrange for everything - props to assistants etc.
Should help Amrita with all her business related bookings and travel (if necessary)
Requirement:
Prior experience in production is appreciated
Basic Photography and Light set-up knowledge
Understand the basics of Capture One
Ability to manage time and be punctual for all sessions
Ability to multitask with strong attention to details
High level of communication with ability to confidently present ideas - both verbal & written
Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms
Should have an inclination to learn.

Tasks involve:
Advanced proficiency in editing softwares : Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro
Ability to integrate editorial feedback
Good inter-personal skills with positive and professional attitude
Consults with clients to determine their needs and expectations (if required)
Maintains database of photos/videos taken for future use/reference
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Creative Mindset
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or related fields.
Experience in photo editing and video editing : To be presented with portfolio consisting previous works
