There is something about childhood friendships you just can’t replace and I can’t agree with you more! Childhood memories with best friends are one of the fondest memories for everyone! I would call them the GOLDEN TIMES, where we enjoyed LIVING to the fullest without much CONCERN! Well we believe in cherishing the best times and the best memories and we can do just that for your child and his/her BFFs with our “Play Date sessions”

Delivery Details

  • All the photographs will be shared on an online gallery (password-protected) and will be post processed (i.e edited and made to look better).

  • Delivery of images will take up to 30 days post the shoot.

  • This session will be shot by Mommy Shots’ team.

  • All Copyrights lie with the Photographer

  • Raw images will not be shared.

  • 18% GST applies additionally to all service costs below.

Session name : PLAY-DATE

Parents bring your little ones and their best friends together for a play-date, and we will be there to take care of the rest. We will line up activities & games, and make sure they have a great time, while capturing their cute interactions!

Shoot Details :

1) Each shoot can have a maximum of six children involved. More kids will incur charges additionally.

2) The shoot will be based on an activity that will involve all the children. It can either be an indoor or an outdoor-based activity. E.g. Play-date at a park or a playground.

3) Best suited for Children aged anywhere between 1 to 10 years old.

4) Each child will get 1 solo shot, 1 picture with their mom, and the remaining 13 shots will be group shots.

5) The shoot will be priced at 30,000/- + 18% taxes.

6) This will be shot by Mommy Shots’ senior artist Madhu.


Location: Mutually agreed upon outdoor location

Note: A 60% advance payment is required to formally block a date. While the shoot cost can be shared among all the parents involved and we will require one parent representative to be in touch in regards to payments. Bank details will be shared upon receiving your email confirmation.

PRIVACY PURCHASE

Our main intention to use our client images online, is to help market and showcase variety, capability and potential of our photography services. Our work being uploaded on social media platforms/website helps us in displaying our creativity which in return acts as a source of marketing to bring us future clients. Refraining from the act of display would hold us back from reaching potential clients  who may align with our style of work.

However, if you wish to prevent us from using any of your images online which is our well-administered social media platforms and website, then we have the options below, you can choose to proceed with. We highly respect your decisions on this matter and will appreciate your queries, if any.

1) A cooling period of 3 months from the date of the shoot until which the company will not be using your images online. This will not require any additional privacy purchase. The company will have permission to use these images online post the cooling period.

2) Opting for complete privacy by purchasing the same  at an additional cost of 30% on the original package pricing, as per industry standards. This is mainly to compensate for the inability to show our creativity created with your set of images.

We will have you sign a Model consent form to mutually agree on the privacy policy you wish to have, and the same will be adhered to, strictly.

  1. Who will be the Photographer?

    This Play-Date session will be shot by Mommy Shots’ senior artist.

  2. Can we pick our time slot?

    Of course, the best time to shoot is during your “child’s routine playtime”, ideally post a nap. As we are receiving overwhelming inquiries for play-date sessions, we only request you to adhere to arriving on time for the time slot chosen by you.

  3. What kind of clothes do we wear for the photoshoot? (Baby and Family)

    Ideally, light and solid-colored outfits look best, for everyone. Whites, creams, beige, peach, light blue, yellow, etc look really good. Avoid printed and Bright colored-clothing as much as possible to avoid taking the attention away from your expressions.

  4. Can the siblings or family be included in the photoshoot?

    No, this shoot is solely for you little one and their best friend(s).

  5. How many setups will be included?

    This does not include setups. Setups can be arranged as per our vendors’ costs. This is ideally an activity-based shoot (at the beach, playdoh, bubbles, bathtime, etc). therefore, all the parents involved will choose the activity that their children can be involved in. It can be an indoor or an outdoor-based activity.

  6. How and when will I receive the images?
    All deliverable images will be edited (made to look better) and shared on our gallery link with a password. These are high-resolution images you will receive. Images will take up to 30 days for delivery.
