When the shoot is planned in any city other than Bangalore or Chennai, outstation rates will be applicable for travel, exclusively for your shoot. To ensure transparency, we have outlined all inclusions, exclusions, and additional costs associated with an outstation shoot in the provided quote.

Additional Costs

Location: Studio hire or your residence | Outdoor locations such as public parks
Travel and accommodation: Charges for Amrita/Senior Artist and her assistant will be billed based on actual expenses. Accommodation can be booked either by the client directly or by Mommy Shots at a pre-decided hotel, with costs to be reimbursed.
Production Costs: Additional costs for renting lights, cameras, studio space, or props (based on actual expenses) will apply if needed, depending on the sets finalized for the shoot.

This proposal is contingent upon our visit to your city for other shoots that can be scheduled around the same time, based on our mutual availability. We have provided a detailed breakdown of all inclusions, exclusions, and supplementary expenses related to outstation shoots in the attached quote for transparency.
