Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

Definitions

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Mommy Shots by Amrita, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

  • Website refers to https://www.mommyshotsbyamrita.com/

  • Service refers to the Website and the photography booking services provided by the Company.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company/other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

  • Country refers to India.
     

1. Acknowledgment & General Website Use
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website and our photography services. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part, You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

2. Links to Third-Party Websites & Social Media
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

3. Photography Services – Specific Terms
By booking a photography session with Mommy Shots by Amrita, you additionally agree to the following terms:
3.1 Payments & Pricing

  • 18% GST is applicable on all services.

  • An 80% advance is required to confirm and secure your booking slot.

  • The remaining 20% balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: A charge of 40% of the package value will be applied.

  • First reschedule: Allowed based on availability with a flat fee of ₹2,999 + 18% GST.

  • Second reschedule: 50% of the package value will be charged.

  • All bookings are valid for 3 months from the date of confirmation.

3.3 Session Locations

  • Studio sessions are available in Chennai or Bangalore.

  • At-home sessions are available as an add-on at ₹25,000 + 18% GST.

  • Outdoor sessions may be conducted at public parks, paid locations, or private resorts.

3.4 Photo Delivery

  • All final edited photographs will be shared via a password-protected online gallery.

  • Delivery timeline: Up to 30 business days after your image selection.

  • Unedited/raw images will not be shared unless specifically agreed in writing.

3.5 Gallery Buyout, Prints & Albums

  • Gallery Buyout option is available (price as per package).

  • Additional Magnum prints for Folio Box: ₹500 + 18% GST per print.

  • Albums and physical products are produced by trusted vendors.

3.6 Add-ons & Special Pricing

  • Additional edited images: ₹750 + 18% GST each.

  • Twins: Priced at 1.5× the current package price.

  • Triplets: Priced at 2× the current package price.

3.7 Creative Sessions All creative shots for Fine-Art Baby and Newborn Portraits will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to the shoot.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s entire liability under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with at least 30 days’ notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, You agree to the revised Terms.
